For tailored solutions or custom-developed components created for a specific client, ownership may be jointly held or assigned as contractually agreed upon in writing.

Silverspark.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its services. We reserve the right to update or discontinue features without notice.

5. Fees and Payments
Where applicable, you agree to pay all fees and usage charges as specified in individual agreements or contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability
Silverspark.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Your Country. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Your State.
